Vegan Protein Snickers Bars

These homemade vegan protein snickers bars by @maikenf are your go to when you want something decadent, delicious and super satisfying. The addition of your favourite Free Soul protein means that they will provide some essential nutrition to support your energy & hormone balance! Give this a go ladies!

BASE

COMBINE

2 scoops Free Soul vanilla protein
1 cup oats
1/2 shredded coconut
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp syrup
1/2 cup almond milk
Press this into 8x8 tin and freeze

PB CARAMEL

BLEND

225g soft Dates soaked in water
3 tbsp smooth Peanut Butter
1/4 cup maple
Fold in salted peanuts and layer over base

COATING

Melt 200g dark chocolate with 2tbsp coconut oil and coat the bars. Top with sea salt and peanuts
