Glasses filled with layers of strawberries, vanilla pudding and strawberry ice cream

In an attempt to speed up the arrival of spring 💐 presenting this super cool recipe by @fitwithoutgulit
Drumroll please!!! 🥁🥁🥁 -
Ingredients for the ice cream:⬇️
🍦1 +1/2 scoop of Free Soul vanilla protein
🍦250g of lactose- free quark (left in the freezer for an hour before using)
🍦 1 frozen banana 🍌
🍦100g of frozen berries
Ingredients for the oatmeal
🍦60g of oats
🍦1 tbsp of chia seeds
🍦1 tbsp of cashew butter
🍦300 ml of almond vanilla milk or milk of choice
🍦200 ml of water
🍦½ tsp of vanilla
Instructions of the oatmeal:⬇️
1. Put the oats, water, vanilla, chia seeds and milk into a pot and cook the ingredients until the liquid evaporates.
2. Once you got your desired texture, add in the cashew butter and gently stir it in.
3. Add the oats on top of the strawberries or other berries in a jar.
Instructions of the ice cream:⬇️
1. Add all of the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth (for about 1-2 minutes). 2. Once you got a creamy texture, you can serve the ice cream with a bowl of oats or place it in a plastic Tupperware and save it for the next 2 days.
