40g Coconut flour
25g Free Soul Vanilla Protein
60g Apple Sauce
80g Egg Whites
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
50ml Soy Milk
Choco Shot
Peanut Butter
1. Pre-heat oven to 180.
2. Place ingredients into blender, mix until thick.
3. Spray doughnut ring with coconut oil, spoon in mixture.
4. Cook for 15-18 minutes.
5. Decorate.
6. Enjoy! 😍
