Ginger Biscuit Protein Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

🥞 2 scoops Free Soul gingerbiscuit protein powder
🥞 100 ml almond milk
🥞 1 large egg
🥞 50 g porridge oats
🥞 1 tsp cinnamon
🥞 ¼ tsp baking powder
🥞 light cooking spray

METHOD

Add the oats to a blender and blitz until it resembles a fine flour. Add the protein powder, baking powder, egg, milk and cinnamon to the blender too and blitz everything until you have a texture like pancake batter.

Heat a light oiled frying pan over a medium height. Pour the mixture into the pan using 1/4 of it for each pancake. Tilt the pan so the batter coats the surface evenly.

Cook for a few seconds until the bottom is a light golden brown. Flip over with a spatula and cook the other side. Serve hot with a filling or topping of your choice🍯🍓🌰 -
