Oreo Chocolate Protein Loaf

Free Soul Oreo Chocolate protein loaf anyone? 😋

INGREDIENTS

DRY

🍞 30g Free Soul chocolate protein
🍞 30g Free Soul vanilla protein
🍞 80g self raising flour
🍞 1/2 tsp baking powder
🍞 2 tbsp of cacao powder
🍞 40g flaked almonds
🍞 60g soft brown sugar

WET

🍞 160g soft butter/ dairy free spread
🍞 3 eggs or 🍞 55g coconut oil
🍞 150ml milk/ plant based milk
🍞 1/2 tsp vanilla or almond extract

METHOD:

Mix the wet and dry ingredients and whisk well into a blender. Crush 6 Oreos and fold in. Pour the mixture into a lined loaf tin and pop 2 more crushed Oreos on the top! Bake for 45-50 mins on 160. Enjoy!
