Vegan Protein Messy Pancakes

π₯ Ingredients β¬οΈ

100g wholemeal flour
2 eggs π₯
300ml almond milk π₯
1 tbsp maple syrup π―

For the berry compote:
100g mixed frozen berries
1 tbsp water
1 scoop Free Soul berry vegan protein

π₯ Method β¬οΈ

1. Add all the ingredients for the pancakes in a mixing bowl until fully combined
2. Grease a frying pan and scoop up 1 mixture and flip pancake over until cooked.
3. For the berry compote add berries, water and protein into a saucepan on a medium heat for a few mins and stir for 5 mins.
