High Protein Loaded Toast

Ingredients for Peanut Caramel Toast:
- One to two slices of wholegrain toast
- Your choice of fresh fruit, we used banana, blueberries
- Nut butter of choice, we recommend peanut butter
- Protein bar of choice, we used our chocolate peanut caramel protein bar @freesoulsistas
- One to two slices of wholegrain toast
- Fresh Raspberries
- Nut butter of choice, we recommend almond butter
- Protein bar of choice, we recommend the Freesoulsistas chocolate raspberry protein bar.
- Optional: Chocolate chunks, shavings or cacao nibs
