High Protein Granola

Sunday morning done right by @food_balance_stef šŸ¤— High in protein, good for the ā€˜gram, and delicious! šŸ˜‹

Recipe:

300g oats
200g buckwheat
80g mixed seeds
50g chia seeds
3tsp cacao powder
45g Free Soul vegan vanilla protein
90ml water
80ml maple syrup .

Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 175Ā°C then place the maple syrup, cacao powder and šŸ„„ oil in a small cup and put in a microwave for just few seconds until the šŸ„„ oil has melted.
  • Mix the vanilla powder with the water and add everything in the maple syrup mix until it becomes a smooth paste.
  • Place the buckwheat, oats, mixed seeds, and chia seeds in a large bowl.
  • Pour over the paste mixture in the oat mix and stir to combine and then spread evenly over oneĀ large baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper. ā€¢Cook for 30Ā minutes or until crisp and golden. Set aside to cool andā€¦ enjoy!!!

Add with your favorite fruit and milk.
