High-Protein Chocolate Frozen Yoghurt

High protein chocolate frozen yoghurt 🍫

Recipe:

  • 1 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Free Soul vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • splash of milk

Method:

  1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
  2. Transfer in a container and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours (ideally you should take it out every 30 minutes and stir it with a spoon to avoid crystals).
  3. Serve with melted dark chocolate and cherries and enjoy! ❤️
