🥥 Coconut Pistachio Oats


INGREDIENTS AND METHOD⬇

Soak 40g oats in 120ml boiling water for 10 mins. Now heat on the hob with 80-100ml pistachio milk + 1 tsp cinnamon until creamy. Stir in 1 scoop FREE SOUL vanilla protein + 2 tsp coconut flour + 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice almond butter until smooooth. Top with 1 tbsp almond yoghurt + 1 tbsp almond butter + 1 tbsp cacao nibs and fruit e.g. figs, persimmon, berries plus some mint chocolate protein bar and protein crispies! 🥣😍
