Okay okay guys this is your sign to RUN not walk to make this protein breakfast bowl - it’s chocolatey, peanutty and Ngl a 11/10! I’ve not posted a breakfast recipe for a while so here we go! Thanks @Eat.with.bee for this fabulous creation.

Ingredients:
100g yoghurt
30g chocolate protein from Free Soul Sistas
Powdered Peanut butter
Method: Mix the above together
Next...
ADD:
Whatever fruit and cereal you fancy
Frozen berries
Peanut protein bar from Free Soul Sistas
Nut butter of choice
