Fruit salad or cookies... not sure? Sistas, we know you're going to love this one. The lovely @spamellab created this nutritious and protein packed recipe perfect for a breakfast on the go. 


2 scoops Free Soul vanilla vegan protein powder
150g oats
70g gluten-free flour 
80g sweetener
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 bananas, mashed
2 tbsp smooth nut butter
1 flax egg
1 large carrot, grated
1 large apple, grated
50g raisins or sultanas
40g pumpkin seeds


Preheat oven to 170C and line a baking sheet with grease proof paper
Mix together oats, flour, protein powder, sweetener, baking powder, cinnamon in a bowl
Whisk together the banana, nut butter, maple syrup and flax egg and add into the bowl. Mix in the grated carrot, apple, raisins and pumpkin seeds until all combined
Add spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread out to form cookie shapes (makes about 10)
 Bake for 10-12 minutes then allow to cool. Enjoy!
