No Bake Protein Doughnuts

We're all about easy ways to recreate your favourite treats and these are easiest, gooiest, soft doughnut's you'll try! 🍩

Recipe (makes 5):

For the base:

  • 3/4 cup oat flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Free Soul chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp honey

For the caramel:
  • 1 cup pitted medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey

For the top layer:

  • 100gr dark chocolate (melted)
  • Freeze-dried raspberries

Method:

  1. First, add all the ingredients for the base in a bowl and mix until a dough is formed.
  2. Transfer into a donut mould and press down with a spoon.
  3. Refrigerate for at least half an hour and continue with the caramel.
  4. Soak the dates in warm water for ten minutes and add them into a food processor with the peanut butter, the butter and the honey.
  5. Blend until smooth consistency and spread the mixture over the base.
  6. Top with the melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with the freeze-dried raspberries.
  7. Refrigerate for ten more minutes or until the chocolate has set and enjoy!
