A high in protein, healthy, chocolate-chip cookie?! 😳 YES it’s gooey, delicious, and healthy!

  • 30g @freesoulsistas Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 30g Oats
  • 1tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2tbsp natural sweetener
  • 2-3 Chocolate Flav Drops
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 30g Applesauce
  • 20g Almond Butter
  • 2-3 tbsp Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Handful Chocolate Chips & Mini Marshmallows


1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees.

2. Line baking tray.

3. In a large bowl add protein powder, oats, cocoa powder, sweetener and baking powder. Mix until combined.

4. In a small bowl add applesauce, almond milk, almond butter & vanilla extract. (Put it in the microwave to make it easier to mix!) 5. Add wet ingredients to try, stir until a dough forms.

6. Fold in the chocolate chips.

7. Using your hands, make a cookie. Top with marshmallows.

8. Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.

9. Enjoy!
