The Little Black Book: A Weekly Guide to Better Wellness
Introducing Free Soul’s Little Black Book…
A weekly instalment, keeping you accountable, feeling supported and consistently inspired to kick start 2023 as your best version of you. NOT someone new.
The start of a new year can be overwhelming. There’s a pressure to make resolutions, be productive, create a new daily routine, progress in your career, transform your body, alter your mindset and so much more. This year, we’re throwing the idea of new year, new me out of the window. What if this year we want new year, same me?
The Importance of Setting Realistic Goals
Whilst there’s nothing wrong with setting goals, or giving yourself something to work towards in 2023, we’re big believers in setting them wisely. Remembering that success doesn’t come from what you do occasionally, it comes from what you do consistently.
Achieving Success Through Consistency
You’re much better off setting yourself up by identifying the things you’ll be able to keep up with in the long term. For example, telling yourself you’re going to read one book a month, instead of one a week; or run once a week, rather than five times a week. You’ll only be left disappointed and more likely to give up sooner, if you set goals you can’t maintain.
This January, we’ll be here helping you set goals to become the best version of yourself, (not someone new). Aside from providing you with the supplements and the essentials you need to form healthy habits that will level up your wellness from a nutritional perspective, we’ll also be equipping you with the tools you need, places you should try, kit to wear, advice from nutritionists, mindset coaches and more, with our weekly instalment of Free Soul’s Little Black Book…
