Don’t worry, we get it, it’s a little confusing. So, our Wheatgrass and Barley Grass are gluten-free because they’re harvested before the plant turns into the gluten-containing grains. The grass itself doesn’t contain gluten so it’s safe for those with gluten intolerance and gluten allergies. The product does contain Barley and Wheat.
