Spooky Lotus Biscuit topped Vegan Proats

 It's almost Halloween which calls for some spooky breakfast recipes. The days are shorter and colder which makes that bowl of oats even more comforting.

  • Scoop of @freesoulsistas vanilla vegan protein
  • 40g porridge oats
  • 200mls almond/ coconut milk 
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 Lotus biscuits 


  1. Mix your milk and oats in a bowl and pop in the microwave for 2 minutes
  2. Add a scoop of protein and cinnamon to thicken your porridge up and you're ready for the toppings!
  3. Crush up 2 lotus cinnamon biscuits and pop around the rim of the bowl! 
  4. Add a spoonful of peanut butter and sliced bananas in the middle and eat!
